The Supreme Tradition

Supreme Dairy Farms was founded in RI in 1932 by Thomas Bruzzese, an Italian who immigrated from one of the cheese making centers of the world, Calabria, Italy. For many years, the Bruzzese family developed a cheese making tradition in Rhode Island meticulously following old world recipes and techniques.

For over 75 years Supreme Dairy Farms has been a part of family meals for generations, providing the best, freshest ingredients to your family's table.

Headquartered in Woonsocket RI, we enjoy a rich history serving Southern New England families, restaurants and pizzerias. Our signature cheeses — Whole Milk and Part Skim Ricotta, Shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar — can be found in groceries and markets in your neighborhood.
